Definition of Oriki and Yarakashi?

JE fans are special in the crazy ones have their own nickname - "オリキ" (oriki). If I may go into an etymological discussion for a moment, my understanding of the term is it comes from the phrase "追っかけに力を入れる人," which is read "okkake ni riki wo ireru hito." It basically means fans who put extreme effort into seeing their idols in real life - super groupies. They don't just show up at the concerts waving their uchiwas hoping they'll be seen or sit at home on their big comfy couches watching the boys on the TV like all those other lazy fans. No, they are people of action; they learn their idol's schedule and show up every day outside their work to wait. Seeing a Johnny live and up close in one of those gorgeous sick masks is a huge turn on, I'm sure. But if I'm understanding correctly they have rules: what they can/can't do, when/where they can be places. They aren't bad, just very, very eager and some, probably a skosh annoying. (Did you know "skosh" comes from "sukoshi"? I did not realize that till about 10 seconds ago. Years of Japanese class and I'm just now getting it. Sad.)

Going beyond the oriki are the "yarakashi" who are the real crazy bitches who don't give a shit as long as they can get near their precious. In other words, the crazy stalkers, clothes rippers, girlfriend harassers, loud mouth antis, etc. Don't get too close, they might have rabies. KAT-TUN fans may remember the Yarakashi Incident of Aught Six. Anyway, even though oriki is mentioned below, which was how the story was written, yarakashi might be the more suitable term.

but this doesn't mean that every japanee fans behave like they do >A<

I’m really disgusted by Nakajima Mare’s actions.
Even the police can’t handle them and Johnnys are in extremely danger.
Like always, Mare disturbs Nakajima Yuto.
Other members have disruptive fans as well.
Mare walks around with a knife and she’s a person who can kill a person with no problem.
The girl who was dating Yuto was brutally attacked by Mare before.
Yuto have punched Mare but Mare has yet to quit.
Recently, Yuto’s brother became a jr.
When Yuto and his brother are going home after concerts and such,
his brother get’s very scared when Mare is there.
Right now, Yuto is tired almost to his limits.
Yuto’s friends and teachers at school want to get rid of Mare
Seems that they can’t win against her.
But, Mare has an enemy.
Hey!Say!BEST’s member Takaki Yuya
She have been pushed around by Yuya that
Mare is scared of her life.
What will happen to Hey!Say!JUMP if this continues?
Even Johnny san is thinking of breaking up JUMP
JUMP might announce their break up during the concert held in winter.

Only fans can protect JUMP’s smiles.
Shojo (virgin) Group’s member Chinen Mei, Yabu Iku
They haven’t done any disturbance anymore
Even though they want to get out of Shojo Group, Mare threatens them.

Nakajima Mare mistook that as a proposal and
She seemed very happy about that.
Other Heisei Sojo Group members are annoying JUMP
and JUMP is troubled by them.
Shojo Group have done things that even the police is after them
But they’re not caught yet.
